I've noticed that on some pages controls are not visible due to color conflicts.
For instance, in the Constitutional section, the number of messages that have been posted in at least one thread extend beyond page one. There is a drop down men to go to page 2; and next to that menu is a control that will send you to the next or previous page. The only problem is the control appears to be the same color as the header bar, hence you don't know the control is there unless you're looking for it.
(my screen colors are set to display those provided by the programmers responsible for setting up the site.)
Just something to check up on in the course of tinkering.
On another note, I looked, but couldn't locate a location where I could address this issue so that those responsible for insuring the board is working would easily find it.
It would be nice to have a specific spot to address issues like the one above so as not to take up the time of people looking to find or leave substantitive information.

I'll be moving this thread to a new new board specifically for board issues. This will be available at the bottom of the other forums, under the Writers Rooms. Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to figure out how to move this thread Seriously though Wyld, good point I'm going to try to address it tomorrow around Noon Pacific Time. If you have any other comments on board issues please leave them in this thread, or post them in the new forum for all to discuss and comment on. I would appreciate a PM (cut and paste is fine) of the specific issue, so that it's brought right to my attention. Thanks for helping us fill in the missing pieces Wyld

wyld LOL I tried to fix it, but am not sure that I did. I can't seem to find a color parameter for that field.
I did manage to change active links to Blue on mouseover, perhaps that will help. I'm not sure how to set the colors on the drop down menu though. I've noticed the color in the background changes depending on monitor settings too. Frustrating indeed. I'll keep looking at it.

I'll post this here rather than sending a PM.
I can see how you changed the setting. But it doesn't help a whole lot. On my screen, the PM Logo at the top of the page is a medium brown, and the title bars where that control is located is a very dark brown color. That's most likely why it's so difficult to see.
In MS Word, when you mess with the color settings, the Automatic setting from the color palattes seems to allow the color of text and items to change relative to the background color to avoid situations where the color of text matches the color of shadings.
Switching the color of the control to white to match the text associated with the search or bookmark controls might do some good.
Don't waste too much time on trying to fix it. It's a minor thing that may not affect most users.

Hope that helps -Morrison
