A Call To Arms - Please Distribute

To Whom It May Concern Within The Progressive Truth Movement:

These past two weeks have been extremely difficult, yet extremely productive.
The Truth Movement has firmly solidified in the response to the silencing of Mike Malloy
from Air America Radio. We have come together, finally, and shown our true strength and
might. I am very proud of everyone who felt passionately enough to participate in last
week's demonstrations. The telephone and email support dedicated by real truthseekers
across our nation was magnificent to behold. Ladies and Gentlemen, you have been heard.
While we cannot force AAR to change their terrible decision, I can assure you that they
are now well aware of the true scope of their listening audience. Each of you represents
10's if not 100's or 1000's of listeners with like minds who are not yet outraged enough
to act against these wrongs personally. Mike Malloy, as you all know, is discussing his
options with other broadcasters, and now has solid evidence of the demand for his program,
with which to negotiate his next move. We will never count Mr. Malloy out of the fight,
and I know that none of you ever did either.

I want you to know that you are powerful. It's an established fact after you all stood
together and proved it. It's certainly about time that the Truth Movement is heard and
respected, and I thank all of you for your contribution to the success of this struggle.

We have made an impressive statement in our solidarity, and now is not the time to stop.
Our enemies, the enemies of civil and human rights in America, and the enemies of the
freedoms assured to the citizens of this land in our Constitution, are shaken.
I can tell you this with absolute certainty, as I have been on the front lines of their
current assualt as Jon Elliott's Webmaster. The Right Wing 'Trolls' as we call them
online, are out in force, online, on the phones, and on the airwaves, yes, but they have
been set back. I have watched as they have been shut down time and again within the
Jon Elliott and P&M forums, by the facts, and by the truth. I have seen with my own
eyes that we have the power to win this war.

Ladies and Gentlemen, it is time to fight back.

We did not come all of this way for nothing. We have not endured the disgusting tactics
used against us without learning to counter them along the way. We have finally drawn a
clear line in the sand, and have no doubt that this line is being encroached upon every
single day. I feel, that it is not only time to hold that line, but it is time to
advance it.

We know the tactics employed by the right. We also know that we've the evidence on our
side of these arguments. It is time fellow Americans, to take our evidence, and apply
their tactics. It is time for us, now, while they have been temporarily stymied in
their assualts on the progressive domain, to take the fight to them. It's time to show
some teeth. It is time to take a stand.

Below you will find an intricate list of Right Wing Broadcast and Online Media.
They are separated into three sections, Right Wing Television, Right Wing Radio, and
Right Wing Internet Media. Each of these sections contains a detailed listing of sources
that are used by the Right, and telephone numbers (or links for online fronts) where you
can contact these pundits and get in the fight.

We are powerful if we move and speak in unison. During the month of October, we all know
that the Right Wing Media Machine will kick into full gear for the upcoming elections.
They rely on Money to time their attacks, and are saving most of it for October. We've
seen this tactic before, and this time I think we can stop it in it's tracks.
While the GOP's funding is definitely a strength, it can also be exploited as a weakness.
We on the side of Truth are bound by no such limitations, and our primary asset is 'Time'
in which we engage the enemy, not 'funding'.

We have the power, between now and the beginning of October, to take the MULTITUDE of facts
we've been able to assemble independently, and to USE these facts in concert to pre-emptively
strike our enemy on their own turf.

The #1 point we can press in this particular attack is the FACT that there is a Law currently
in place that pertains to the declassification of classified information. This law is called
50 USC Sec 435. It is available for download at:

It's located in the sidebar on the right side of the page, and you can access it and read it,
own it and distribute it for free.

This Law was in place before Bush took office, and George Bush (by admission), Richard Cheney,
Karl Rove, Richard Armitage and Scooter Lewis Libby (all by grand jury investigation),
have been proven guilty of violating this law within US Court Proceedings led by Patrick Fitzgerald.

We need to question the lack of indictment, and how ANY of the Right Wing Broadcasters can
support a lack of indictment for crimes clearly proven within the bounds of an Officially
Sanctioned US Grand Jury Investigation, the records of which are within the public domain.
This is a position, that if laid out clearly, NO BROADCASTER can support.

This is just one example, it does not matter to me in the slightest which particular aspect
of the crimes committed by this Administration you would like to challenge.

I care that you challenge it.
