Comrades,
First of all, sorry for the irregularity of posts recently. Like everything else, it'll all be sorted out in the new year!
With only a few months to go for Blair, it seems only fair to consider some of the effects his term has had on the country. His main achievement has been to transform the party from looking to the interests of the working class, to solidly backing the business class.
In the process he has succeeded in being the most despised British PM ever, both at home and worldwide - something even Thatcher couldn't manage. The reputation of the UK has also fallen to its lowest point in history.
Combine the worst British PM and the worst US President in history, and the result is the current state of the world. May future generations forgive us for allowing it.

Glenn, May future generations forgive us indeed! I also submit humbly that it is gentlemen like you and I who will set things right. Don't stop fighting, my friend. There are Americans and Britons who are not yet willing to allow these men to destroy our democracies.
