It's been an awfully long time since I've done a simple news blast, sans commentary. Seeing as how this is a Friday, and it's a huge day for news, I thought today would be a good day to get back in that habit. Below, in Alex de Talkville style Op-Ed Strip presentation, are the stories I'm watching today:
The Senate Has Confirmed That Sadaam Had No Ties to Al Queda or Zarqawi Before The Iraq Invasion, The Confirmation Also States That The CIA Gave This Information To The Bush Administration Before The Iraq Invasion:

(Surveillance Bill FAILS In Senate Judiciary Committee!!!) Bush Learns Once Again That The Executive Branch Can't Write Laws, And That Even The Legislative Branch Cannot Write Laws That Contradict The Constitution:

I apologize readers for today's lack of analysis. I trust that these links will give you enough of a start to get to the bottom of these stories. Today has been a great day for the Constitution, and for the Rights of American Citizens. I can assure you, there will be more good days to come. P&M will not stop fighting the battle of the press. We will get the truth out to the people, and continue to hold our elected officials responsible for their egregious violations of US and International Law.
Mike Malloy, as announced yesterday, will also be continuing to fight. That's right folks, it's official. The world's most powerful broadcast personality may have been brutally kicked, but he'll be back soon. Mike is discussing terms with Sirius, XM and other radio options. This author could not be happier to hear the good news for Malloy. We also support his strong stance in not returning to AAR, despite the enormous outcry his dismissal has initiated.
The Old Sarge, Herb Phelps, was responsible for organizing a great deal of that outcry. Once again Herb has gone above and beyond the call of duty in defense of those speaking the truth.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone, I'll be in the Chat for Jon Elliott's shows on Saturday and Sunday if there is breaking news you need to get heard. And be sure to come stop by our new message boards, and leave us a note to say hello!
